Shipping policy

We keep shipping straightforward because nobody wants surprises when ordering jewelry.

Shipping Timeline Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Anything ordered over the weekend ships the following Monday. Your shipping time starts from when we hand off the package, not from when you place your order.

Delivery Time Within India, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas might take a bit longer. We'll provide you with a tracking number via email, so you'll know exactly where your package is.

Shipping Costs Shipping within India is ₹IOO for orders under ₹5,OOO, and free for orders above that. We cover shipping on returns, so you don't lose money getting an item back to us.

International Shipping We currently ship to select countries. International orders ship via registered courier and typically take 10—15 business days. Customs and import duties are your responsibility—we can't control those, unfortunately. Contact us for international shipping costs before ordering.

Tracking Your Order Once your package ships, you'll get an email with tracking details. You can check the status anytime from your dashboard or by clicking the link in your email.

Delays Happen Weather, logistics hiccups, and other things outside our control occasionally happen. If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact us. We're usually aware of issues before you reach out, but we appreciate the heads up.

Lost or Damaged Shipments Lost packages are rare, but they happen. File a claim with the courier immediately, and contact us. Damaged packages are their responsibility to fix. We'll work with both the courier and you to make it right.

Special Requests Need something by a specific date or want it shipped to a different address? Contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate, but no guarantees if timelines are tight.
