30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. We understand that seeing jewelry in person and trying it on at home is important—what looks right online might feel different when you're wearing it.

Condition Requirements Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. This means the piece should look exactly as it arrived, with no visible wear, scratches, or damage. We're not being strict for the sake of it—we just need to be able to offer returned items as "new" to our next customer.

How to Initiate Contact our team at support@preegaura.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Box everything up carefully and send it back to us.

Processing Timeline Once we receive your return, we inspect it and process refunds within 7 business days. Your refund will go back to your original payment method. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but plan for about 2 weeks total from the time you contact us.

What About Exchanges? If you want to exchange a piece for a different size or design, contact us first. We might be able to work something out without a full return and reorder, saving both of us time and you money on shipping.

Final Sale Items Some pieces are marked as "final sale"—usually limited-edition designs or items we're clearing out. These cannot be returned. We'll make that crystal clear at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, that's on us. Contact us immediately with photos, and we'll replace it or refund you. No questions asked.

International Returns If you're outside India, international returns can get complicated with shipping costs. Contact us to discuss your options before returning. We want to work with you, not against you.
